Another notch

new tools

The new tools are working out. Holding online meetings and even the ability to take remote control of a computer are proving valuable.

Still testing the email tool. It does deliver a message series which sets it apart from some of the other services.

Research

Been spending time researching and learning some new tools this week. One is a email delivery system that has the ability to do surveys - nice. Second is a way to hold online meetings including taking remote control of another's computer - nice. These look like they will be added to the toolbox.
